ABOUT TANIA
Throughout her eighteen years of dedicated service to the Brisbane Legal Sector, Tania recognised a real need for a paradigm shift in legal recruitment methodology. So, in 2006, she established Tania’s Legal with one objective in mind – to make Legal Sector Recruitment in Brisbane more focused on client needs.
Tania believes that quality recruitment benchmarks are not just about terrific placements, but about saving clients precious time, billing ethically and always acting in the client and candidates’ best interests. With the mantra “lower volume, higher quality”, Tania created an ambitious plan to revolutionise Brisbane’s Legal Sector Recruitment Industry.
And the rest is her success story! Her “career leap” afforded Tania the chance to combine her legal sector insight with her love of meeting talented and inspiring people, a combination that has made Tania’s Legal such a success.
Tania’s extensive experience in the legal industry, coupled with a passionate interest in current developments in the legal and recruitment sectors, assist her in keeping abreast of industry trends and client needs.
